Beaney Ln, Melbourne
3000 Melbourne

Before it was discovered by a group of street artists for its secret charm, Beaney Lane was an unattractive, deserted place. Now, its vitality is blossoming, capturing the attention of anyone who happens to pass by at the southern end of Russell Street.

In this alleyway, you'll find a pair of fearful green eyes hidden behind a blue satin veil painted by Matt Adnate, Melbourne's favorite realist artist. Mongolian-born artist Heesco has painted the portrait of a beautiful Asian model, with an enigmatic blue complexion, similar to that of an Avatar character.
